Delete Your Account

Tarotdoxa LLC (“Tarotdoxa,” “we,” “us”) operates the Tarotdoxa mobile application and website. This page explains how to delete your Tarotdoxa account and the data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

If you have the app, you can delete your account yourself at any time:

Settings -> Account -> Delete Account

This immediately and permanently removes your account and its server-side data. No waiting and no request needed.

Request deletion by email (no app required)

If you cannot use the app, or you prefer to request deletion directly, email us from the address associated with your account:

Include the email address your account uses so we can locate it. We will verify the request, delete your account and its server-side data within 30 days (usually much sooner), and confirm when it is done. There is no charge.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to close your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete individual readings from your history at any time, which removes them from our servers while keeping your account active. To have specific data removed without closing your account, you can also email privacy@tarotdoxa.com.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain only the minimum required to operate the Service and meet legal obligations:

Readings created before you made an account are stored only on your device, never on our servers, and are removed when you delete the app or clear its data.

Contact

You can delete your account instantly in the app, or ask us to do it by email. Either way, your synced readings, chats, and credit balance are permanently removed from our servers.
