Tarotdoxa reads in the method of Holly Cole, a tarot reader and teacher with twenty years at the table. The app didn't learn tarot off the internet. It learned from her: her classes, her worksheets, test readings and feedback with friends, and Holly sitting down to have her own cards read by Tarotdoxa so she could feel what it's like to be on the receiving end. All 78 cards, all the reversals, and the way they lean on each other, through her lens. This isn't a generic AI playing tarot. It's Holly's method, her nuance, and the muscle memory of thousands of readings, delivered by an AI trained on her and reviewed by her as the app grows.

On your device, from a full 78-card deck, reversals and all. When you're holding the deck and you pick the moment the shuffle stops, that's your energy going into the cards, same as it would across a table. And you can delete the account and everything in it anytime you want, no hoops. Paid accounts unlock deeper spreads and extra features.

Yes. Your readings are yours. No ad trackers, no selling your information, none of that. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy, linked in Settings, and it's written to be read, not to bury you.

However often it actually serves you. A daily one-card is a nice little check-in, a weather report for your head. A bigger spread is better saved for when you've got a real question sitting on your chest. One thing I'll gently warn you about: don't ask the same question six different ways hoping for a different answer. The cards already told you. Asking again just means you didn't like it. Sit with the first one a while before you reshuffle.

Give it a minute. Sometimes a card lands and your gut goes "that's not me," and then three days later you go "oh." Tarot tends to show you the thing slightly before you're ready to admit it. If it still doesn't fit after you've sat with it, that's allowed too. Take what's useful, leave what isn't. A reading is a conversation, not a verdict.

There's a support option in Settings to send us a ticket. Tell us what happened, what device you're on, and what you expected to see instead. It comes to Russ, an actual human, who reads it and fixes things. You won't be shouting into a void.

Yes. Each day's reading is written fresh, so the very first open of the day can take a moment while it's being composed just for you. Turn on Background App Refresh for Tarotdoxa and the new reading loads quietly in the background before you ever arrive, so it's ready the instant you open the app instead of leaving you on the loading screen. To switch it on: open iOS Settings, go to General, then Background App Refresh, and flip on Tarotdoxa.

Easy, and we genuinely want it. Take a screenshot anywhere in the app, and a little message pops up at the top of the screen that says "Spotted something? File it." Tap that and you can report a bug, float an idea for something you'd love to see, and attach the screenshot if it helps tell the story. It all comes straight to Russ, who reads every one.
